How to Install python-augeas software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-augeas software package provides Python bindings for Augeas, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-augeas

python-augeas is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-augeas package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-augeas *

You will get with python-augeas package name, version, architecture and description in a table
